Our master plan for this property comprises of a new accessory dwelling unit (ADU) and landscape improvements focused on providing universal design principles. A new pedestrian path leads the homeowners through a lush landscape to the new building. The new ADU contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open living space integrating an indoor/outdoor experience. We worked with the homeowners to explore traditional and modern building forms for the structure.
